Tender disturbance, 531 Queen Avenue, Queen Anne Avenue North, outside of the CVS. There's a male with a stick attempting to hit people. A bystander pulled out pepper spray for self-defense but did not need to actually spray it. The suspect then went northbound on Queen Anne with his stick. 531 Queen Anne Avenue North.
