4615 South 375 Street. Um, apparently somebody ran their vehicle into a fence there. However, the passenger standing by the fence on foot told the original RP that the driver's father just died. The driver was driving recklessly and purposely running into stuff. Um, passenger on foot, white male, wearing a white cowboy hat, black t-shirt. I'm not sure where the driver got. Copy.
