Our caller is stating that there's a male, black, green shirt, black pants, white shoes, arguing with employees inside of Little Caesars. He's threatening the worker in the caller. He's in a white GMC, Eddie, Eddie Charlie 46 323. Doesn't see no weapons. Nothing further. Zone 13, clear.
