9-4. Double 14. Double. Good afternoon, guys. Have a queue swing over to 33's beat for a person with a gun. Cleaver and Blackhawk, Blackhawk and Cleaver at Pulaski Park. Says a male Hispanic standing near the entrance to the pool, had a gun in his pocket. He was bald with a gray shirt, blue pants, and green stripes around the knees.
