801 South Briggs Street. 801 South Briggs Street, the bussy bank of Joliet. The 17 states, a semi with two trailers was trying to go through the ATM drive-thru, and the truck is now stuck. He's been there over an hour. It's a white semi-cab with two trailers blocking the entrance to the ATM. Cars can barely get through to the bank. They're receiving complaints.
