of a knife, a scalpel-type knife on the face, from the chin down to the neck, transported to North Shore. We have a possible at at least 1 and 78th. We just dispatched rescue to her because she's claimed a difficult breathing. It is going to be a 32 Foxtrot, and right now, assault is on scene. Talking to witness and probably going over to talk to victim is unknown. Thank you, I appreciate it.
