3. Good afternoon. This is an anonymous disturbance at 2905 North Lakeshore Drive. They said that there was a heavily intoxicated male who threw a bottle into the lake, and he's harassing people on the walking path. He's a male Hispanic, shirtless, wearing black swim trunks with a bandana pattern. Nothing further. 10-4.
