24. 24. 7-11, 2102 South State Street, 100 East. Time lapse now of about 15 minutes. A transient cussed at complainant for not giving her a cigarette. Looks like he then followed complainant to the WinCo. Subject's described as a 30-year-old, dark-skinned male, about 6 foot, heavy build, wearing a sleeveless red t-shirt.
