35, can you take a reckless? I copy. 4764 South Plymouth View Drive. A male in a van almost hit him, and they smell like alcohol. It's a 56-year-old Hispanic male, 6'2", medium, unknown hair description. Also ran over a cone. It's going to be 1 Bravo 8 Romeo Charlie, who comes back to a 10-10 to a 2015 silver Cadillac CTS. Complainant says he's got it on video, but is refusing to give further information at 1205.
