1 Adam 1, 1 Adam 2. 575 Bellevue Square, 4 Bell Square. It's called in by Kemper, advising they have a male subject acting erratic, refusing to leave the property. Possible HBD. Currently near Woods Coffee in the Lower Sky 4 Door, heading southbound. Black male, 30s, 5'9 to 6 foot, skinny black shirt with a bowl. On the back, black pants and a white undershirt. Currently in Bath and Body Works in the mall.
