Medical at the Quick Stop, 5555 West Colonial Drive, cross street of West Colonial and Alibram Drive. 56-year-old male, awake and breathing. Patient advised he had surgery not too long ago and now has his hernia popped out again. Patient can barely walk. Responding, only breathing normally. He's going to be located in front of the business, wearing a gray shirt and jean shorts.
