45 and 43, Celebration Park, 1095 South 324 Street. The RP said this happened about 10 to 15 ago. It was a theft of an ID and card out of a wallet. They did see a subject that was walking away from their items and thinks it could be the suspect. It's a Black male, 32, 5'10", heavy-build, black clothing, white sneakers with no laces. Said he was currently sitting on a bench talking to himself.
