I have an animal complainant, 9340 Shady Lake Drive, apartment V as in Victor, 103. Property management called about a dog that has been left inside an apartment for a few days. Tenant was brought to the hospital on Sunday. Next door neighbor has been feeding the dog, unable to get the dog out, and they are unable to reach emergency contact for the tenant.
