Lincoln Park units, 1365 Liberty, 1365 Liberty. Caller's waiting in a gray Explorer. States there's a black pickup truck with a trailer hitch that's blocking his driveway. Belongs to a landlord across the street. The male's refusing to move it. It does carry a firearm, but it hasn't been threatened.
