5 Frank 26 to 8, send me en route to a suspicious person, 13201 Northwest Freeway inbound, at the Rarity Solutions, 225. Caller says a person broke into the location and came back to the office. Black male that's 50, 6 feet, thin-build, black shirt, blue jeans. Caller says he's with a homeless that lives around the area.
