1421 to disturbance. Penny Lane School, 10255 Ridgeland Avenue in the parking lot for a male Black, no shirt on, has a silver possibly on a passenger car. And a male Arab, no further clothing description, in a white unknown make passenger car. We're arguing, appear to be getting ready to fight in the parking lot on the Penny Lane side. Both subjects have now gotten in their respective vehicles, no weapons seen.
