Street and Melrose Avenue East. RP witnessed a male on a line bike break into a vehicle and then take off northbound. Seemed that a black Range Rover was following him, possibly also involved. She stated that she last saw the vehicle idling here at Mercer and Melrose, facing westbound with multiple subjects waiting near the vehicle. East Mercer and Melrose Avenue.
