One was wearing a gray hoodie and black pants, and then another was wearing an orange or pink hoodie with black pants, and then a black hoodie with dark colored pants. We have Curtis calling in stating four kids in a gray Kia SUV box style just broke into their neighbor's vehicle at the above address and then took off towards Madison. He's going to check his cameras, try to get plate info. They're still hanging around in the area. They were seen heading westbound on Western.
