Public, 5997 Sterling Road on the sidewalk in front of the Central. Initially, a rescue got the call for a person in a wheelchair that was slumped over. Advising a male wearing a black shirt. He's not conscious. Unknown if he's breathing. This is via passerby. Case 457.
