For the units in 18, we're getting a theft just occurred. 1160 North Clark, 1160 North Clark at the Taco Bell. The caller says that one male Black and two female Blacks came in to use the bathroom. When declined, they opened the drawer and stole a box of sugar. They're no longer on scene. No further.
