Go ahead. It's going to be 13 Hillside Street, apartment 3, for malicious mischief. The neighbor on the first floor said that there are people who live on the third floor throwing water balloons out the window and possibly other things. He's not sure. No one's out there yelling or anything, but he'd just like them to stop.
