Dispatch receives all units responding. Commercial fire alarm, the Albion Summit, 570, 570 Springfield Ave, Tulip Street to Blackburn Road. First down left past Tulip Street, 8-inch corner of New England and Springfield, 8-inch Springfield Ave opposite Blackburn Road, 8-inch front of 599 Springfield Avenue. Smoke, zone 147. Advised by staff, the building's been evacuated. Possibly steam from a shower in room 228. No smoke or fire seen. 2211.
