201, heads of Walgreens, 175 Wash for a shoplifter. Caller stated it's a white male with face tests and skin discoloration wearing a white tank top and black pants. He ran south on Wash and then made a right on Belleville Ave. Stated he's holding a red bag that's filled with candy that he stole from the store.
