Parking lot of GFS, Marketplace, 13865 Cedar. 13865 Cedar. Caller said that she's seen a male yelling at two kids in the parking lot. This was verbal only. It's a black male, white shirt and black jeans. Kids were 8 to 12 years old. She believes this is child abuse. Male now drove off in a black sedan, possible Kia, unknown direction of travel.
