A few ago, juveniles attacked the complainant and took her cigarettes, kicked her, hit her, and pulled her hair. Complainant has scraped knees and face, but is refusing medical. First subject, female, Black, 16 to 17, 5 foot, thin-build, light or white clothing. Second subject, male, Black, 20s, dark complexion, white shirt and jeans. 1616 F Street.
