South Bay from Engine 21. Engine 21. South Bay from Engine 21, we just noticed like a small amount of water coming from a pipe coming from the ground. This is going to be a plumbing issue. There's no flooding. Can you just leave a message for the homeowner or the property owner? Let them know they're going to have to have a plumber to fix it. Engine 21, 10-4.
