8 Charlie 11. He's after this cutting. If I can get a unit on the back of him, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. It's going to be near the state ring. Caller says he was assaulted with a knife but received a medic. This occurred 10 minutes ago. Looks like the suspect is still going to be on scene. I don't have a description as of yet.
