343, 383, an armed party, 2815 South Perkins. The employee, Princess Brooks, advised a female, Black, tan shirt, tan skirt, armed with a bat, was in the lobby refusing to leave. They've since called back, advised the subject was last seen walking northbound on Perkins, approximately 10 minutes ago. Just stick with the employee, 2815 South Perkins at the Captain D's. 343. 381, priority 3.
