Units en route, 1116 Crossroads Drive and Walmart. Caller advised to be a 30-year-old male, conscious and breathing. Customer came up to caller and advised he needed EMS, having some mental issues. He's not violent, does not have a weapon. He's going to be laying down by the shopping carts outside. Going to be a male wearing a white t-shirt, jeans, black shoes. SPD is en route. Stage at your discretion, Operations Department, TAC 1.
