575 Clocktower Way, 575 Clocktower Way at Petco, suspicious person. There's a white female, dark brown or black hair, pink top and no shoes. It's been in the parking lot since 1520. She's got a dog with her off the leash. She's been talking to herself and having a full conversation with herself. She came in the store about four hours ago and got water. 14, clear.
