Radio with broadcast information, a Lexus or DUI driver in the Nora 1, Southwest 116 Street, 21 Avenue Southwest. Vehicle was last seen northbound about five minutes ago now. Moving into oncoming traffic, running stop signs. All I have is it's a black sedan, no plate information. Radio is clear, 1707.
