563. 6-3, station available. 6-3, KNO. West 33rd and Grovewood. Caller's reporting a group of teens, two on e-bikes, two on pedal bikes, throwing fireworks going towards Broadview Road. Caller lives in the area, saw it on camera only, still unable to give a better description of the parties involved. Other than one is wearing a light-colored shirt with a backpack.
