542 Eve, going to respond to a fourth-party threat call, 2912 Mountain Industrial Boulevard. Client said subject called and said he plans to shoot the location. But subject said they're involved with a cartel and trafficking. Said subject should have shot at him in the past. Subject's seeing a solid 45 on him and a firearm buried down the road. Plans to shoot people after he starts a fire.
