Repeating, Kenwood, Northport Boulevard, area William 3. Complainant's advising that approximately five minutes ago, she saw a red SUV with a black young male hooked to the front of the hood, and he was screaming for help. Complainant was down the road from this address, advised that the subject was hunched over the hood of the vehicle that was driving very fast. Last seen down Kenwood and took a left on Mesa.
