City all units, seeing our vehicle, 300 East Franklin Boulevard, 3000 East Franklin Boulevard. Going to be a bluish teal Subaru with racks on the top, pulled out in front of the RP, then started road raging. Now traveling westbound on Franklin, last seen at the Cogsford intersection.
