Units responding to 952 Watt Avenue, looks like we got a call from the male who stated he led a BFA, 40s to 50s, black hair, black shirt, black pants, used his phone, saying that someone stole her client's purse. Female said she was going to blow it up. Is that enough of an emergency? And walked back into the Walmart.
