It's a blue 1974 Chevrolet plate of Tom Ocean David Robert Adam George. There's a trash bag on one window. Subject is stripping, who's stripping the vehicle is male, Hispanic, 50s, curly hair, wearing a black short-sleeved shirt, no weapons seen. 927 in progress, 88th Street and 37th Avenue. 276, I copy, additional units if needed.
