1307, I'll take that welfare check for juvenile. 10-4, they put it for Arrowwood and Whitehall Park Drive. There was a male in a vehicle following a child. Last seen by a daycare, a white and colored van, doesn't have any decals on it. Went through the PDA of the daycare. Caller doesn't know if the subject in the van is a caretaker of the child. Child he was following is a black male, short haircut, approximately 10 to 12 years of age. Last seen wearing a beige t-shirt. Like.
