See the man in front of the Chester's shopping scene, 1516 West 9th, 1516 West number 9. He just saw a subject riding his stolen moped on 9th towards Curlin. It's an orange and black moped operated by a dark-skinned black male, unknown clothing description. See the man at the Q Family Store, 428 North Springfield Road, 428 North Springfield, for threats to my phone. It's in reference to juveniles prank calling the business line. Copy.
