Ace, 3329.29, have the citizen thank. 2801 East Carson Street, between South 28th Street and Hot Metal Street, for a theft that just occurred. The incident actually occurred approximately 20 minutes ago. A complainant inside for a report of a stolen purse, phone, and car keys. Incident occurred across the street. Caller borrowed a passerby's phone to make the report. I attempted to reach out to the phone just to confirm what was going on exactly. I know more than I have.
