24. 635 East, 3300 South, in front of the Planet Fitness. Be on the west side. Complainant's advising there's a homeless male living in his van who's now shouting at the complainant. Negative weapons, strokes, or alcohol. Complainant's advising he saw the van and took a picture of the expired license plate. The owner got upset and has been swearing at the complainant since. Be a 50-year-old white male, approximately 6th or skinny build, wearing a faded red shirt, purple shorts, and black shoes.
