Charles 41, start for a vehicles racing area, Soaring Oaks at Bruceville. I have a BMW with a plate of 9 X-ray, William Charles 761, and a Kia racing. They were going southbound. They're approaching Elk Grove Boulevard. It looks like now the vehicle's pulled into the Pete's Coffee by the Nugget. Charles 22, copy, attached with 41.
