27, correction, 18th Avenue South, 47th Street South, 1847. There's approximately four to five-year-old, two children, one boy and one girl, found in the middle of the road. No parents with them. Complainant asked the neighbors, but they don't recognize the children. They do not appear injured. White male, four to five years of age, thin-build, wearing a t-shirt and black pants. Female, about the same age, pink clothes.
