Don't see now harassing women. It's an ongoing issue. Black male, 6 foot, 35 years old. Brown sweatpants, brown sweatshirt. Possibly under the influence of drugs. There's a complainant, Nikki, now advising the subject's gone outside. He's outside of their grocery section. The parking lot.
