The issue we have is that the suspect is stating that the victim approached him aggressively and he struck on the subject. The victim is stating that the subject just hit him in the head. We're trying to get CCTV of the incident to see who's who and what's what. The victim has been transported to the hospital. We got the suspect detained for right now. 4234, go ahead. So, I got dispatch to 101 West West 24th Street. Reference a 33 Fox. Apparently, the subject hit the victim in the head with a stick. Actually, with a trash pole. So, the victim and suspect, they were together. They were both cleaning up trash. They got into an altercation. And, the subject struck the victim in the head with a trash pole. Trash cleaning by the way.
