Any plate info, 31? Thank you, this is a black vehicle. I've been kind of cut off by a bus over here, trying to get closer. It's still going, I believe westbound on Foster. It looks like it just passed, passed Kedzie. Still going westbound on Foster. It looks like past Kedzie now. All we have is a black vehicle from that theft in progress. One of the offenders was armed, per the citizen.
