39's getting up to 1745 Skyline, number 20, to talk to the female who believes that her vehicle was stolen. It's a gray Kia India plate 661, Tango Charlie Echo. And last time she saw it was whenever she parked it in the back parking lot yesterday. I put it in the point reader and it hasn't hit central.
