Emergency 1 to all units, stand by for a BOL. Broadcasting BOL, it's going to be at Northwest for a strong arm 211, occurred at 6231 West Swift. Suspect is a Hispanic male about 18-years-old with an edge of a haircut, wearing a black Nike hoodie, black sweats, white Air Force. Looks like he was last seen traveling southbound Olinda in a black Hyundai Tucson, unknown plate, no weapons, victim can't ID.
