A3, be advised, the male just stated that his vehicle wasn't stolen. What was stolen was his chain. The male was last seen on foot on Chapel wearing all black with a ski mask. Again, no vehicle was stolen, just a chain. Last seen on foot down Chapel. Black male wearing a black hoodie and a black ski mask. 14, thank you. We're still at canvas, we're going to find this male.
