North 31, information on the reckless vehicle, 215 Berkeley Road. Possibly intoxicated Uber driver was just passed out in front of their house eastbound on Berkeley toward Capitol. It's a heavyset male, Christian, driving a gray Hyundai Tucson, license, new union, 109849. They reported he was swerving and appeared to be falling asleep during this before passing out in front of the residence and then speeding up.
